setting up PMO, does PM Spectrum provide or provide
assistance in creating project related forms and templates
A. Yes, PM Spectrum creates customized templates for
each company based on their needs and requirements. Q.
How long does it take to setup PMO? A. It depends
on your existing PMO size and functions it currently
provides generally it takes approximately 3 months to have
it all setup and fully functional. Q. Where
does project related data reside? A. If you are
selecting Model 1, the data resides on our servers, allowing
you full access 24/7 to your data. This reduces hardware,
maintenance, support expense if you are selecting Model 2,
the data would reside on your companies servers, unless you
decide PM spectrum to house and manage data on our servers.
